About Me

Hi, I’m Amarinder.

I am the Founder and Principal Consultant at Innowaring Labs.

Before this, I was a Managing Director with Deloitte’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. I have spent two decades in the enterprise technology space doing strategy work, implementations, product management, and software engineering.

As an intrapreneur, I helped build and launch a $250M+ ARR software products (B2B and B2B2C) and services business within Deloitte called ConvergeHEALTH.

While helping build ConvergeHEALTH, a software product company at a consulting firm, I drove a shift from project delivery to a product engineering mindset within the organization. 

As an entrepreneur, my passion lies in helping organizations and teams unlock innovation by cultivating a product engineering mindset, enabling them to create real business value beyond the pervasive technology hype. 

I am the author of “Becoming a Software Company”, which articulates principles for enterprise companies to think and operate like software companies.
